This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from the Intentional Simplicity LLC online shop. It does not apply to therapeutic wellness sessions, coaching, consultations, service packages, organizational services, or other scheduled services. Those offerings are governed by their respective agreements and cancellation policies.
Digital Products
Intentional Simplicity LLC sells downloadable digital products, including workbooks, reflection tools, and educational wellness resources. No physical item will be shipped when a product is identified as a digital download.
Shipping
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Customers are not charged shipping or handling fees for digital-only purchases.
If Intentional Simplicity LLC offers a physical product in the future, the applicable shipping costs, processing time, and estimated delivery information will be displayed separately before purchase.
Digital Delivery
After successful payment, customers receive access to their digital purchase through the order-confirmation page and the email address entered during checkout.
Digital downloads are generally available immediately after payment is completed. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the order confirmation and download email to arrive. Customers should also check their spam, promotions, or junk folders.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.
File Format and Compatibility
Digital workbooks are provided in PDF format and written in English. They can be accessed using a current PDF reader on most computers, tablets, and smartphones.
Customers are responsible for having a compatible device and appropriate software for opening PDF files. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, there are no geographical restrictions on accessing a purchased file.
Download Assistance
If you do not receive your download, receive an incorrect file, encounter a corrupted or inaccessible file, or experience another technical problem, please contact hello@liveintentionallysimplistic.com.
Include your name, order number, the email address used during checkout, and a brief description of the problem. Intentional Simplicity LLC will make a reasonable effort to restore access or provide a replacement file.
Refunds
Due to the immediate-access nature of downloadable products, digital-product purchases are generally final once download access has been provided.
Intentional Simplicity LLC will review refund or replacement requests involving:
- Duplicate purchases
- Incorrect files
- Corrupted or inaccessible files that cannot be corrected
- Products that are materially different from their published descriptions
- Other circumstances in which a refund is required by applicable law
Where appropriate, Intentional Simplicity LLC may first provide technical assistance, restore download access, or issue a replacement file. A refund may be issued when the problem cannot reasonably be corrected.
Requests should be submitted within seven days of purchase when reasonably possible. This timeframe does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Refunds are not ordinarily provided because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, does not use the product, or purchases a product without reviewing its description and format.
Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Intentional Simplicity LLC cannot control how long a bank or card issuer takes to post an approved refund.
European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom Customers
Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom may have statutory rights concerning online purchases and digital content.
Where permitted by applicable law, customers requesting immediate access to a digital product may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that their right to withdraw from the purchase may end once downloading or accessing the digital content begins.
If any legally required consent or acknowledgment has not been obtained, the customer retains the statutory rights provided under applicable law.
These provisions do not limit a customer’s rights when digital content is faulty, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or otherwise nonconforming under applicable consumer law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer protection right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Personal-Use License
Unless a professional or organizational license has been purchased, each digital product is licensed to the individual purchaser for personal use only.
Digital files may not be reproduced, shared, redistributed, resold, published, uploaded, or made available to other individuals, clients, employees, students, groups, or organizations without written permission from Intentional Simplicity LLC.
Purchasing a digital product transfers permission to use the resource under the applicable license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product.
