Using Your Intuition: Intuition allows us to break from constant comparisons and analytical reasoning and encourages us to trust ourselves. Establishing clarity within your intuition will help you feel more comfortable with your current choices.
Having “trust issues” is often rooted in fear-based senses such as fight or flight, fawn, or freeze. Intuition does immediately trigger this response. There is instead a sense of clarity and immediate understanding. Give yourself grace and compassion through this process of getting to know your truth.
The more comfortable you are with checking in on your needs, the easier it will be to move through your journey. Your Homework Sessions do not replace therapy instead, enhance it, and please consult a mental wellness practitioner if you require further support.
Your Homework Sessions: Tips for checking in with yourself
Tip #1: take a few deep breaths and check in with your inner guidance. Look for gut feelings, patterns, and clarity.
Tip #2: Take time to reflect on what may be happening within your reality. Are you having feelings of fear in trusting yourself or others?
Tip #3: Take time to consider what further thoughts you may have regarding your experiences, relationships, and internal responses.
Tip #4: Take time to explore the things that are bothering or blocking you; this helps us explore our preferences and needs.
